Bob is a founding partner of the law Offices of Soden & Steinberger, LLP. Bob's practice focuses on civil litigation and business litigation, which includes real estate disputes between buyers and seller, contract disputes between companies or individuals, shareholder disputes and trademark infringement. Bob has spent the past 13 years representing client's interests in revolving disputes.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Bob had a successful career as a commercial real estate working with many San Diego County companies. He specialized in assisting companies purchase and lease office space for business needs. He successfully negotiated lease and purchase agreements on behalf of his clients. Bob's entrepreneurial spirit and negotiation skills learned as a broker provide additional benefits and insight to his clients. Bob still maintains a California broker license.
