Megan graduated Cum Laude from Seattle University School of Law on May 18, 2003, and was a visiting student at the University of San Diego Law School 2000-2003. She served as Co-Chair of the International Law Society, and served as a member of the National Lawyer’s Guild and Access to Justice Institute.
Areas of Practice: general corporate and transactional representation of public, new and emerging technology companies, business entity formation, Private Placement documents, stock purchase agreements and other corporate transactional business matters, mergers and acquisitions, and family law. She also represents companies in intellectual property matters that include technology licensing, technology transfers and internet privacy policies and protection of copyright, trademark and trade secret rights. She also assists companies with corporate maintenance and securities compliance.

- Assisted in the preparation of several startup companies, prepared founders agreements, employment agreements and employee stock option plans;
- Assisted in the preparation of various documents related to mergers, acquisition of assets and other documents in anticipation of going public.
